Why hit it twice in the spring? I would hit it in the fall behind the chisel then in spring if needed. The turbo till will compact the ground especially on the end rows. I don't know your exact soil type but around my area the less you till in spring the better. Also don't rely on the 330 to get very big weeds...it isn't a field cultivator. Good luck.
