West Central Alberta Coldest, wettest edge | I wouldn't get much field work done if I couldn't work in the snow. Last spring it snowed as I finished seeding in JUNE. Snow in September is common, and August isn't unheard of. I've never seen snow in July.... yet. It sure is easy to see where you've been though.
I can see the arguement that the bugs etc. wouldn't want to be stirred up in freezing weather, and even if they burrow back down, all they will find is more cold and snow. But according to all the experts, by plowing, I'm killing all the beneficial microflora anyways? |
