SE SD | Yeah land is a few miles away from where I live. Its pretty crazy for what the ground is. Plus there is pasture involved and some can not be farmed(creeks and such). Plus you rented the ditches and stuff too. On one of the pieces it was rent for 160 ac and 150 acs on the FSA maps. All I can say is good luck. Must of had a sharper pencil than others. One quarter got rented from someone in the county the others were rented by Iowa boys I guess.
Edit. There was some 267 rent a year or so ago and that was high, that was east of parkston.
