Iowa would be at least 8-2 right now if the offense was even half way competent.    They've lost 4 games by 3 points or less thanks to the defense taking it upon themselves to score some points. 

The defense is decent maybe even good (other than the PSU game), the offense is just plain awful.

It just so happens that its the O coordinator that is working with kids he had nothing to do with recruiting.

I really do think next year will get back to the more normal 7-9 win season,  that's just how its been with Ferentz.    A terrible year gets followed by a decent yr which is followed by a good year.
