I use to rent a farm 70/30.Landlord payed for nothing.Never made much on it because it was poor dirt.Did not care that he sold it.A farm a few miles up the road rents for $60 acre.No one is trying to rent it away from current tenant.Not all ground grows 200+ corn.I own a farm that if i rented it out would not look for more then $125 a acre.But on the other side of the road i would want $175.
