Is the MFWD turned off when it won't come out of park? If so, try turning it on and see if it comes out of park then.
Pretty common to have a blown seal on the MFWD piston causing low pressure when MFWD is turned off. This causes the trans system pressure to drop too low to release the park brake.
The park brake on these tractors is a spring applied/ hyd pressure released, multi-disk brake pack.
