then there are also ideas that our US paper currancy be replaced overnight, all the old to be converted to new within a short amount of time, the old then being declared worthless. all of the counterfit and underground economy stuff would be flushed out, that "hard to explain" amounts like drug money would just disappear, no value to anyone. the value of a "new real dollar" would be increased but im thinking that the economy would be creamed since the illegal part is so important, we actually NEED fake and ill gotten bucks floating around. b
