Juneau, WI | I don't have soil test data on the fields I did those tests on. Had them taken this fall. The soil types my tests crossed are Miami Silt Loam, Pella Silty Clay Loam, Elburn Silt Loam, St. Charles Silt Loam, Plano Silt Loam. My best guess on Organic Matter 2.5-3.5, P of 18-22 ppm, and K of 90-125ppm. Our top soil is usually about 7-14 inches thick. The spring fertilizer was blended in with Dawn Pluribus Units. Spring mix was 100 AMS, 75 Urea, 40 MAP, 5 pounds zinc sulfate and 5 pounds of a micro pack. I also had a blend of 75 ESN, 50 Urea, 50 AMS, 50 MESZ. I couldn't measure a yield difference between these two blends. Also had 4 gallons of 6-24-6 on the seed. Almost all of our K and 40% of our P was place 4 inches deep with 6000 units in the fall. For the 2013 crop we are using the pluribus for both trips.
Since you're running a Pluribus too you might be interested in something I'm working on. I made this video for the company.
