With most 4440's bringing around 30K herer personally, for the cost, I'd try to find an old 7520 JD 4WD to pull the planter and you'd have another money to find a good shape 4430 for the PTO work. You'd have money to boot and a much better option on the planter and escentially the same tractor for the PTO work as there aren't major differences between the 30 and 40 series.
