Seneca Kansas 66538 | The Gleaner uses a very high air blast to clean grain before it hits the shoe. This is difficult to see comparing to other manufactures machines because they have the big chopper on the rear that moves alot of material, but if you removed the chopper and compared the wind coming off the shoe, its a huge difference between the Gleaner and competitors. The Gleaner blows so much air, that it could almost blow you over. If you look at pictures of Gleaners in the field and notice all the dust coming out the back, thats not because of a chopper, its from the cleaning fan blowing an immense amount of air.
