Subject: Tips on a No-till Hoytville Clay and Nappane loam field

Archbold Ohio

I have a piece of ground that is mainly Hoytville and Nappanee soils. This year it was soybeans and I am planning to make it corn next year. It has been No-till for about 8 years. I just sprayed it for dandelion. It seams a little hard what should I do with it? Work it, leave it, cover crop? Thanks for the help!
