That happened just 5 miles from our farm. Turns out that the operator of the combine was just a farm hand. The farm where he worked was ran by a 50's widow. Her husband died two years ago from cancer. She is a heck of a nice lady and totally devasted. I hope she doesn't lose the farm, but the family has a lawyer. 2 of the 3 survivors are still in the children's hospital in Indy.
I believe he had a 12 row head on when the accident happened.
