Subject: Re: Cat MT 765

We traded a STX 325 for an MT765C and couldn't be happier. The 765 pulls like a 375 HP 4WD. We use it to pull a planter and grain cart. Wider belts and a wider tread spacing result in less berming. The only cons compared to a wheeled tractor are: sometimes rougher road travel, and the teeter-totter effect when crossing a large rigde. Also, you should change the oil in the reaction arm bearings each time the engine oil is changed.
