Not exact number but i believe it was 285 tillable and over 300 total (pond, pasture, etc)
sold in 5 tracts... Believe the total averaged around 6800 an acre. The corn aph was around 160, so wasn't what some farms in that area would bring, but it did go for over 2 million.
