+1 on the porcelain tile/epoxy for flooring in a high traffic area. That's what I put in from the office and garage entrances through laundry room and kitchen. Also in bathrooms. Easy to keep clean. There are a lot of differences between porcelain and ceramic tile. One primary one is the porcelain textured tiles are not as slippery if they get wet. Wet ceramic tile is like ice only worse. Had ceramic in a bathroom floor and it is downright dangerous when wet in my opinion. Lots of color options for tile and grout. Jim at Dawn This is the porcelain tile I used (12" x 12") on high traffic floors Very pleased with it. Get a good professional installer though. Well worth the cost.
