Panhandle of Ne.
Crops any better this year? Talked to a buddy in W. Tx. where we used to farm, said some of his sprinklers are down to 175 gpm, planting in a circle and using drag lines watering every other row. He had some skip row cotton that was pretty good, but solid planted wasn't. They didn't get much rain again this year, maybe 5 inches. I asked him what the chance was of having 3 years of drought in a row and he said the climatologists are saying real good. Pretty tough.
