For filling out my product satisfaction survey.
I put alot of time and thought into that survey, suggestions for improvement and things that disappointed me, not ridiculous complaints by any means. Hopeful suggestions for them improving the next version that I buy.
So I was very happy to receive notification that my comments had been received, by them sending this form letter. They had sent nothing in the past when I have filled out similar satisfaction surveys, so mabey this time I got through to somebody.
After reading it, I noticed a REAL hand written signature at the bottom.
Am I wrong in interpreting this hurried signature as an insult from somebody that could really care less about having to sign this to me? Dude probably signed a 100 of them that day and could care less about mine, but that signature is a huge distraction from the intent of the letter in my opinion.
Rather have just had a form letter with a fake signature or simply nothing for that matter, or this hurried terd just have left it well enough alone.
