If you're concerned about gas or alcohol, yeast will not react with grain, you'd need grain meal for a reaction, and even though, I doubt it can react in a stomach, brewer's yeast proteins are digested fast. Keep the vitamins and don't heat it, but try it out on just a few cows first, like you'd do for any new food source.
