NC KS | You need about 3-4 items to condense this down. I was in your shoes except custom work. For me, a android phone, with pro office suite on it (minimal cost), Drop box, and Drop box Sync. Take a minute at end of field to enter in spreadsheet on phone, syncs with computer at home and eliminates several steps. It helps if phone has slideout keyboard. Do your spreadsheet creation at home computer. Just enter field facts on the phone. This may mot work if you have multiple people doing the work. I do this with everything but spray records. Ag Leader Integra keeps those for me but I haven't automated landlord shares with it.
