| Another thing that happens if you wait too long for surgery is that you are not walking normally. If your knee is bad you will walk funny and then that will affect the other joints and that will screw them up. Usually the opposite side of your problem knee. I am not sure which joint was bad first, but I had my right hip done last Dec and now just had the left knee replaced. I remember both joints have been bad for a long time. I am hoping now that I walk with a much more normal gait that I won't have any more joint problems, at least for awhile. | |
