Ohio | one small beef roast
4 potatoes cut up
Combine:
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom OR cream of celery
1 packet onion soup /dip mix
red wine 1/2 cup
Heat on stove the soup mixture until warm. Pour a little of soup mixture on potatoes then place roast on top. Pour rest of soup mixture on top of roast. Cook 6 hours on LOW setting. Makes a wonderful gravy and guest will ask for the recipe! | |
