Why do You need GPS to cultivate row crops? How about useing an "S" tine to leave a groove where Your steering tires go, and then useing single rib tires on the tractor doing the cultivating? That is the way we did it up here in the great white north for 40 years. Cheap, no subscription, works next to trees..... GPS is a great tool, but it can't do everything. Planting 8 rows at 30" spaceing and doing everything else in 8 rows will work just fine on SF1. If You spray 16 or 24 or 32 rows, SF2 will deffinately be the way to go.
