Great response Jim, i too graze corn with 20 dexter cows, calves and yearlings. I use a one herd mentality. I also direct market all my beef and my market steers and heifers are all sold through 2013 and half of my 2014 production. Again as you said it is what your customer wants and my pay me a premium for doing it this way.
