You sure got a thorn in your side about something. Most of the Midwest farms on here are about as different from mine as you can imagine, Jim's included. I still enjoy reading about how others do things. His farm, he can run it however he deems fit.

As far as the "beef ambassador" comment, I think he just happened to be at the right place at the right time, and felt compelled to stand up for American agriculture. Probably not perfectly, but neither would you or myself, or anyone, have been able to come up with an impromptu canned speech that perfectly conveyed the opinions of every American beef producer.
