Krause used to and might still provide a (Home made) wrench with an offset solid shaft for handle that you can put a cheater pipe on, made from a heavy flat iron with notch cut in side where shaft is welded , probably not correct size , but would give you an idea on how to make a wrench.
Need a hard to find socket.
