iamdunker - 10/24/2012 01:58I rebuilt an entire disk and all i used was a borrowed home made giant wrench from the local dealer. It was basically a 4X6 inch piece of metal with the nut size tourch cut out of it with a four foot handle bolted to the longer side. Worked very well and easily handled my 275 lbs hanging on it torquing the gangs.
Yes, simply make your own socket or wrench . . . If you don't have a touch or ability to cut metal to size, have your local repair shop make it up. I have to make a wrench up for my gang bolt on my off set disk . . . The 4 & 5 ft pipe wrench my repair / welding shop guy has are too far away, when needed . . . . .
