North central North Dakota | My 9420 does not have a shut off valve. I just usually give the primer a pump a few times before I start the day after checking the oil. I just pickup up a 9320 and see there is a shut off valve on it. I also see the filter housing has been replaced. Was told that sometimes that is a fix.
