Roundbar concave or wire? If your roundbar concave all the way closed, cylinder at 600 rotor at 650. Air 1300 to 1350, Top seive 12 bottom 6 or 7. Don't go below 6 on bottom sieve or your asking for it! If your still not getting them go up more on cylinder rotor. Using return to do it is not a great plan these things don't have much return capacity.
