South Western Ontario, Canada
Here is my two cents.

Dealers shouldn't be allowed to sell equipment with all the GPS / technology without having minimum of two factory trained techs on staff.

Plain and simple!

To the dealerships that already have that and more, the parent company should be giving money back to cover costs and promote the dealerships over ones that haven't invested in the future.

Eight months for none trained techs to find one plug wasn't connected. (yet to test it in a field but here's to hoping)

In the trucking industry the techs that took the schooling and keep on the new technology, they get paid more to keep them and keep them on top of learning curve.
