Subject: Help, rodent issues!

NE KS
Any one have any clever ideas on how the keep the *%#@ mice from chewing holes in the weatherstriping on my garage doors and boring there way in. I have moth balls sprinkled around the tracks of the doors on the inside, moth balls crushed and piled up in the corners on the outside. When they chew a hole I have packed steel wool in the striping on the bottom of the door. Now they just brush the moth balls aside and move over where there is no steel wool and gnaw a new hole. I have replaced both the weatherstrip on the door and the door frame, it is a 2 car garage and they always chew through the same corner. Any ideas appreciated.
