Northeast Indiana (Auburn) | We have had three Iphone 4s phones for about 11 months now. I like the camera part and the screen size. My wife uses hers for work and personal use. I am still finding new things it can do. We were talked into the Applecare warranty due to the conditions mine lives in. Don't waste your money on the Applecare. My wife's phone would not hold a charge more than 4 hours so we contacted Applecare. They sent a new phone to us and we sent the old one back. Now the Apple techs are saying my wife soaked the phone in water to damage it just so she could get a new phone. Trust me this phone has never had a drop of water on it. About every four hours we get a different update from them. The last one said we would be billed $199.99 to repair the damage. The Applecare cost $199.99. Upon more research we have found Applecare will only cover product defects or if it is stolen, not the list of things the sales people tell you. |
