Yesterday my old trusty Motorola flip phone fell out of my shirt pocket while I was servicing the silage truck and I or somebody ran it over. It still works, but the screen is messed up so I can't see who I'm calling, or who is calling me. Time for a new phone. Everybody says I need a smartphone, I guess I will try one and see how it works out. I am not very tech-centric, at this point it will mostly be just a phone for making calls but I intend to try to work into using some more of the capabilities.

Which phone do I need? I did a search, and it seems that the I-phone is "NAT Approved". I have no experience operating Apple products...will this be an issue for a techno-dummy?
