South Georgia | It's kinda aggravating to get it all apart, but not impossible. To get the drive shaft out, there's a snap ring in there somewhere to remove, to let the shaft slide sideways. After that, pull the gears off the front of the two auger shafts, the rest is straightforward.
It is a two man job, as the auger has to be held while getting the nut off the front of the shaft, and to get the brackets holding the back of the auger, somebody needs to be outside the basket to reach the nuts while you're loosening the bolts.
You said you had one bad bearing, but at least change the bearing on the other auger right there while you've got that drive assembly apart.
