Yes, you can do that. The ideal way to do that would be to put about 10,000 bushels in a bin then move to the next one. Once you had that much in each bin you would repeat that process, adding about 10k at a time, this maximizes you airflow and would help with drying. We have multiple share rent farms and keep the corn segregated in different bins so for us to do that we have to move from farm to farm so we don't usually do it that way, but that would be the ideal way to do it. I'm not scared to fill a 50k bin full of 18% corn all in one day- it will work fine. Now I wouldn't try that up north, but keep in mind that at our harvest time we're blowing 100 degree air through it. Turn the fans on and let them run day, night, rain, shine, fog, whatever. When you can open the lid on top and there is no condensation inside the lid, you're getting about dry and it's time to start checking, ideally by pulling a load and hauling it to the elevator.
Loops are easy to add to, either by extending the line or by putting a big bin beside the loop and feeding it with a conveyor running from the top of the loop to the top of the new bin. Ride around and look at different systems for ideas- there are several nice set-ups in your area. You're welcome to come look at ours if you like.
