1. Hastings, NE   The area between there and Minden looks good every time I drive through. 

2. Boone, IA    I'll take a stab at going broke raising 200+ bu corn every year.  Too bad my side of the family are the ones who had to move south. 

3.  Black Sea Region of Russia / Ukraine     Rich, Deep,  Level black dirt in big fields,  damn too bad my family left there as well.

4.  I think the PNW would be cool for a year or two...........Irrigated ground in the Snake River Valley would be awsome but I doubt it ever sells.
