Subject: Tracks for Deere 1770NT

16.5 wide tracks will fit between the rows, 22 or wider would drive on the row because if the axel was wide enough to center in the row it would hit the next row unit. Install is about 2 days, all bolt together no modification to your factory planter frame. Currently must have hydraulic seed drive because we are adding a third motor to drive the center row units. To keep the kits simple to install and cost down I had to design the tracks to stradle 6 rows so it is a little wide. This spring there was 4 of these planters operating and had good luck with all of them. One issue is the swath control if using JD swath control you will either have to over lap or skip because the center 6 rows are offset so much. 3 of the 4 planters this year used Precision Plantings RowFlow to take care of this problem as you can set a center trailing offset in the monitor. I haven't gotten a real solid price for the kit but it is going to be in the ball park of $30,000 which will include 16.5 wide Flexhaul tracks. This works with JD factor fertilizer coulters, and should with most unit mounted attachments as long as they don't extend infront of the tool bar. Patent Pending
