South Eastern ,ILL | The company that showed the most promise was Dekalb, in fields side by side Pioneer would not pollinate or not even shoot, where Dekalb would at least try to establish an ear. I have always been a Pioneer man ( used to be a dealer) but Pioneer has been loosing out here lately. ... White corn stays white when ripe, it is used in chips , such as Taco Bell,but white corn is very touchy to heat and drought,as you can see. | |
