I know this may be a sore subject for some. But, I would like the good bad and ugly input from all. We're looking at putting together a Service package for our customers that are not under warranty anymore. I would like any input from a customers standpoint as far what you would like to see in a Precision service plan. Also what would you as a customer be willing to pay for said service plan? This is with the understanding that if you do not purchase the plan, normal shop rates will be used for all situations.
From the dealer standpoint, What do some of you have included in your service packages, and what are some of your costs?
Like I said, I know this is probably a sour subject for some. but thats why I'm coming here first, I want to know what the mass of the customer base thinks.
