Pontiac, IL. | Several years ago, on New Years Eve, my wife opened the front door of our house to see what/where the siren noise was coming from. We had a wreath hanging on the front door,and a bird was roosting in the wreath. When she opened the door, the bird flew in. Shortly, the bird hit and cut it's head on our textured ceiling. It continued flying around the house with me chasing it, and frequently hitting the ceiling leaving blood marks each time on the ceiling, After about 5 minutes, and several marks on the ceiling, I chased the bird into the bathroom, was able to catch it, and put it back outside. | |
