so, if all 50 states had Concealed Carry laws on the books,  do you think there would be more instances of "actions of vigilantes" ?  or do you think George Zimmerman was an anomoly? 

I don't dispute your idea that Zimmerman was a "vigilante".  I had not heard that term used to define Zimmerman,  but I won't disagree. That's an interesting way to define what transpired in that situation.
