Franklinton, LA | Suppost a potential shooter knew that several people in the theatre probably had concealed carry permits, they were probably carrying a weapon and he would probably get shot by someone immediately after he started firing. Would this have reduced the chance of someone commiting this crime?
I live about 65 miles north of New Orleans. We had a few thousand people from New Orleans in this area immediately after Hurricane Katrina. It was well known that most people in this area always have a good supply of weapons and ammo. We did not have a looting problem!

Colo incident makes me think I need concealed carry
