| Neighbor's 30 yr old tan/brown machine shed is faded but the paint is still there. This is a pole structure built by local builder.
The dark green on his house roof isn't half that old but faded a lot. The white on the machine shed roof is almost completely gone but good looking galvanized showing underneath.
Most of the skylights in the roof have been replaced in recent years. IMO, skylights high up on the sidewall instead of the roof might last better and be easier to replace if necessary.
