NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Bruce I've been raising hogs for over 35 years & have never heard of cooking a pork chop like this before. I will have to try it the next time I grill a chop. The last time Karen bought some chops at Fareway she bought the thin ones they were very tough & I didn't cook them very long either. I asked her to please get the Iowa chops from then on. I will have to tell her about this, thanks for sharing. How's your crops hanging on? We need to cooler temps & RAIN bad this week but it sure doesn't look to promising. Take care, Mark | |
