30 minutes on high heat?? Doesn't it come out like shoe leather? Granted I don't get my chops that thick, typically an inch or though in thickness, but it usually takes less than 10 minutes on "LOW" heat to grill them. They always come out juicey and very tender. Maybe having the bone in adds to the cooking time???
