I am not sure where your at. But putting up some type of a rental store age units should work good for of farm income and it gives you plenty of time to work on the farm.
The money made of the rentals will go along way at helping you stay self employed.
May not sound like much but figure for the long haul and you will be surprised. Very little maintance, last for yrs.
Take the money you make in one yr. and buy the cows.
Build for tomorrow in farming, It is a long term investment, you need income on regular bases so invest in short term turn around and you can have that farm.


My friends parents are millionaires from their storage facility in the city so I get what your saying. He once said that the best piece of advice on how to become wealthy is to rent things to people. However, my town is already flooded with empty storage units. Looking for an ag specific investment, preferably cattle related.
