The one with the shorter wheelbase will probably turn shorter unless you're talking a few inches... As far as steering angle... the Columbia will cut sharper. You can probably turn the stops in on the 9400 tho. Comumbia's aren't bad trucks but personally I find the cab is like a closet compared to the 9400. It's a great place if you like your knees jambed into the dash all day.
