Southwest ND | I have a Swisher trimmer that uses the two 18" orange strings that mount opposite of each other on the cutterhead that breaks strings every 5 feet and all I'm doing is cleaning up the edge of a lawn. The strings don't wear the ends off they break where they wrap around the loop on the cutterhead. Years ago I thought it used alot of strings but now it's extreme. I reworked the "loop" so it doesn't make the string make such a sharp bend but no difference. Ready to give it away but that would just mean. | |
