In the same boat. Interested to hear all the diff replys. Im thinking less basement though.
We built a house 20 years ago. Considered building a slab house vs. basement to cut costs. Dad said the slab would be a mistake and I'm sure glad I listened. Our basement is fully finished now and sure enjoy the extra space.
