Bernard, IA | And I would definately go with geothermal heat, level floor from garage to house (no step), a half bathroom right off of the garage, and a walk out basement if possible. Good idea on the steel roof as well. And if its in your budget cap the garage so you can have a nice work place under it, and cap the front stoop if you want a food pantry or really good tornado shelter. | |
