Thanks for the reply! I have looked at the belts a a possible problem but the other one baling beside it has belts with the diamond pattern almost worn completely off, these look like 60 to 70% of the pattern left. In looking at it it's hard to imagine it won't start a bale because there is so little area that is not moving in the chamber.
